Pears are a balsam for the heart and kidneys. The fruits improve the functioning of the liver and thyroid gland
From French and other ancient writings we learn that pears were consistently present on the tables of the wealthy Romans. The pear offers, figuratively speaking, a healthy cocktail of organic acids and beneficial microelements such as iron, copper, and zinc

The pear assists in the removal of heavy metals and other toxins from the body. It contains quantities of insoluble cellulose (fiber), which helps to normalize the functioning of the intestines.

The essential oils contained in the pears impart them with particular charm, as they provide the unique, pleasant taste and aroma.

The fact that pears are highly rich in sugars, pectin, vitamins and minerals, makes them especially beneficial in the process of removal of uric acids from the body.
Pears are recommended in the treatment of gout
In addition, they help to calm the nervous system and facilitate the functioning of the endocrine glands
They help to stabilize blood pressure and "clean" the blood and kidneys.
Nutritionists include them in diets to help alleviate various illnesses, including inflammations of the respiratory system, anemia, tuberculosis, general weakness, and during recovery after heavy illness, among others.
In its dried form, pears are particularly valuable. They are rich in sugars and, similar to raisins, dried cherries, dried apples and other dried fruits, they provide the body with significant quantities of energy.
