Apples helps:

During the drying process, only the water is removed from the apples and all minerals and vitamins are preserved intact in the fruit. We do not peel our apples, as it is widely known that most vitamins in the apple are found in its skin.
Almost all vitamins and minerals vital to the body are contained in the apple. Therefore, this fruit is recommended to all people to help prevent illness and heighten the body`s immunity.
The apple is an irreplaceable source of different forms of pectin, which is not broken down by the body, and therefore can be considered a `broom` for the body. After being dissolved in the intestines, the pectin absorbs and helps to expel toxins and other harmful materials, in addition to helping to lower cholesterol and the risk of atherosclerosis
For the prevention of colds, the consumption of unsweetened dried apples is recommended; the apple also helps to whiten the enamel of the teeth.
If you wish to quit smoking, put yourself on a three-a-day apple diet.In addition to the apples, you can allow yourself black bread and herbal tea. This method can be used to help the body adjust more easily to nicotine withdrawal.
The pectin and antioxidants contained in dried apples lower the level of the `bad` cholesterol in the blood and raise the levels of the `good` cholesterol. The flavonoids and other photochemical compounds in apples help to fight the emergence of health problems in the lungs and stomach. The apple is also rich in boron, the element responsible for making bone tissue dense, thus it helps in the strengthening of the skeletal system. Consequently, apples are an excellent source for the prevention of osteoporosis. The tannins present in apples protect us from cavities and from infection in the lymphatic system. We recommend that you eat apples with their skins on, as concentrated healthy substances lacking in the heart of the apple are found in the skin. The skins are made mainly of fiber, which promotes regularity and prevents cellulite. Apples are a rich source of folic acid, which supports the breakdown of body fat.
The apple is nicknamed, "The king of fruits" and it`s not by chance that Eve tempted Adam with an apple!
